Holly

Having grown up around health and fitness - her mother a fitness instructor for over 30 years - exercise has always been an integral part of Holly’s life.

“I fondly remember watching my mum's packed aerobics classes from a young age, in such awe of how she inspired, motivated and made so many people smile on a daily basis. It wasn’t hard to see how real the benefits of exercise were and as I got older I loved joining in on the classes to get that same buzz. The class was always so alive and full of laughter; it was a world I was so happy being part of growing up.’”

Holly moved from her Devon home to London in her early twenties to pursue a career in dementia care management, a role she absolutely loved. Caring for others and helping people to live their best life possible, whatever the circumstances, is what Holly thrives on. After 10 years in the care sector Holly decided to follow in her mother’s footsteps by becoming a personal trainer. “It’s amazing how similar the two roles actually are; at the end of the day my goal is to help make a person feel good. I just love it.”

Having struggled to find reliable information about what exercise she could and could not do whilst pregnant with daughter Daisy, Holly decided to advance her knowledge in this area by becoming an ante-natal and postnatal trainer, allowing her to help any mums-to-be or mums out there feeling just as lost as she was. Holly’s repertoire is expansive and she simply loves training anyone who needs help establishing a positive and realistic approach to becoming the best version of themselves. She achieves this through 1:1 personal training (on-line and in person), group fitness classes, bootcamps and retreats.

Building sustainable results is of utmost importance to Holly. No fad diets and no extreme exercise programmes. She simply helps you fall in love with taking care of yourself, so you feel strong, empowered and confident in your own skin.

“The impact that getting fitter and stronger has on our mental health is phenomenal. And this is exactly why I am so passionate about helping people get fit. When my clients become happier in their own skin and more confident in what their body is capable of, when they become stronger people not just physically but mentally too, that to me is gold.”
